Spunbond Nonwoven Production Line Launched to Drive Efficiency and Sustainability
As global demand for high-quality Nonwoven Materials continues to grow across the hygiene, medical, packaging, and industrial sectors,HG NONWOVEN MACHINERY, a professional manufacturer of nonwoven machinery, has unveiled its latest Spunbond production line. Designed with a focus on energy efficiency, operational stability, and production flexibility, the new system sets a new standard for nonwoven fabric manufacturing.
The newly launched spunbond line integrates advanced spinning systems and precision airflow technology, ensuring superior filament uniformity and consistent fabric strength. It is capable of producing polypropylene (PP) spunbond nonwoven fabric with a basis weight ranging from 10 to 180 grams per square meter (GSM), making it suitable for a wide range of applications including disposable hygiene products, medical protective apparel, industrial filtration materials, and agricultural textiles.
“With years of experience in the nonwoven machinery industry, we understand the challenges our customers face—balancing high output with low operating costs,” said Mr Chen, Technical Director at HG. “This new production line was developed with Industry 4.0 principles, featuring a fully automated control system that minimizes manual intervention, ensures consistent product quality, and significantly reduces energy consumption.”
The production line features a modular design, allowing customers to choose from single-beam, dual-beam, or multi-beam configurations based on their capacity requirements. The optimized hot air circulation system and improved mechanical structure enable energy savings of 15–20% compared to conventional models, helping manufacturers reduce operational costs while maintaining high output.
The new spunbond nonwoven production line has already been successfully exported to markets across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and South America, earning recognition for its stability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
