Spunbond Spinning Technology--- An important role in spunbond nonowen machine
Compared with meltblown Nonwoven fabric process, the spunbond nonwoven making process is the most popular used among the various production processes of non woven fabric. The output of PP spunbond nonwoven fabric is the highest and the application range is wider as well, such as nonwoven bags, face masks, gowns, diapers. At recently, polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric have become the most important products in the global nonwoven fabric market, and the development prospects are the best.
How to produce PP spunbonded non woven fabric?
The process of PP spunbond nonwoven fabric involves heating and melting a polymer filters, primarily polypropylene, which is then extruded through a spinning nozzle/spinneret. Then molten polymer will be cooled and at the same time drawn to countless and continuous fine filaments. These filaments are then laid randomly into a web to create the final product- PP spunbond nonwoven fabric.
In the spunbond nonwoven machine, spunbond spinning beam plays the most important role which will determined the final quality of spunbond non woven fabric. HG series spunbond nonwoven line uses the latest designed spinning box---the inner of spinning box use the integrated hanger-type melt distribution system. The stainless steel melt mold inside of the spinning box is precision engineered, with a smooth interior surface and particularly stable flow rate, providing optimal and consistent conditions for the subsequent spinning process. The spinning nozzle is a high temperature and corrosion resistant stainless steel plate composed of numerous and precisely arranged micro-holes. Its design is highly detailed, with the strict requirements on the role number, distribution, diameter, the shape of the holes, as well as the plate’s thickness, material selection, and the manufacturing technology. A well-made spinneret plays a key role in determining the fineness and uniformity of filaments. Our spunbond nonwoven machine is equipped with well-known brand spinning nozzles, the number of holes reaches 6500 holes/meter, the role diameter is 0.4-0.45mm, and the fineness of monofilament fiber is 1.6-2.0 denier.
HG team continuously researches and improves spunbond non woven fabric equipment. We incorporate the latest drawing technology from Reifenhauser, Germany, which increases drawing speed, reduces fiber fineness, and enhances web uniformity, enabling the production of fine-denier filaments with high strength and excellent physical properties.
